    If you consider yourself a hardgainer and you find that no matter how hard you try, you just can't pack on any more muscle you're probably wondering, "what am I doing wrong here?" You've probably spent months, or maybe even years trying to bulk up but you're still skinny, you don't have much noticeable muscle mass, and most of your t shirts are still baggy, especially around your arms. Meanwhile you see other people that just seem to have an easier time than you. People that might not workout as much or they might eat the worst foods, yet they seem to be able to build muscle just by looking at a dumbbell. This can become really frustrating and even if you're a persistant person that doesn't quit, it can be very easy to simply label yourself as a hardgainer and to start making excuses. But the truth is that you're not a hardgainer. That's right....you heard me.. you're not. Sure everyone's biology and physiology is different, and sure you may have a slightly tougher time building muscle than others, but most of what you believe about being a hardgainer is just a myth that's keeping you skinny. In reality, if you just do the 7 things that I"m about to show you consistently, I don't care how much of a hardgainer you think you are, you're going to bulk up.     Hope you guys enjoy the video. The 15 studies used to make this video are all linked in the description with direct quotes from the research papers to back up everything that is said. Growing up as a kid I was very chubby. Then at around 14 to 15 years old, after about a year and a half of consistently working out and eating better, I was able to burn off the majority of the fat, but I was still skinny fat. I wasted a lot of time acting on bad information, so I want to make sure you don't do the same. Enjoy the video :)

    5'9 and 140lbs here. how do you measure your carbs, and know what type of junk to stay away from? throwing doritos and pepsi into the mix would be more calories, but that would have a big net negative effect on your overall health

    I like how he's like oh guys don't be in a caloric deficit if you want to build muscle! It's not optimal given your mTOR and growth hormone levels. Then he's like, guys just hit your macros if you don't want to get fat. Are you stupid? Being in a caloric surplus will get you fat over time. The outcome is litterally the same. It just takes longer. I am staying lean year round and building muscle because I'm making sure I get enough protein.

    Ok this is all noted but I have two questions..
    I was bulking but training and now i have a fat stomach which I've managws to cut down,but as soon as I wat,it swells back out again,even though I'm eating just over my daily macros!
    Also
    Sleepy letters,I work shifts,is it possible to build muscle even though I'm going to bed at 11pm one week,getting up at 4am
    And then the following week I'm getting home at midnight and then sleeping until 9am.

    More calories? - but many skinny and medium guys bulk up in their gut- the true gainers dont seem to get this. Part genetic. Im medium build, well defined with veins popping out all over, but will never get real "big", no matter what I tried.

    I’m 6’2 and I weigh 150, I’ve been on a 5000 calorie diet and working out 2+ hours a day, I just can’t gain a pound, I’ve been doing this for a month and a half and I know it’s a really short amount of time, but I feel I would still see some sort of results in my mass

    I notice that when I eat more, it does increase my muscle mass, I'm stronger and able to lift heavier. However, my belly also gets bigger which as we all know, throws everything out of proportion. So I'm trying to figure out how I can intake enough calories and keep Mr Tum Tum in check at the same time 😂

    Does having sex ruin your gains? Cuz im skinny i weigh 115 i havent checked but ive been working out for like 3 weeks and i feel a little stronger but dont notice any difference i want to look bigger should i stay away from sex or masturbation?     u know proteins are expesnive?

    I get 500g for 10-12€ and with intake of 160g of protein a day it's like buying new ones every 3 days so 10 times a month which can cost me on average 110€, just proteins =v

    Ok tell me if I am wrong so if I play football (cardio is everything) drink beers and partying which means that I can't keep a sleeping schedule I will never be able to grow muscle and bulk ?
    Unless I stop doing cardio and fuck at night so i can sleep well hmmm i think i might go for roides (jk fuck the getripped shit mentale health is to much of a sacrifice)

    i'm 19, been skinny all my life no matter what i've tried. i'll give this a go but as i'm a paramedic i don't have a regular sleep schedule at all so the getting enough sleep part is gonna be quite hard :(

      Excessive calories and protein/4 meals a day at least with 20g-35g of protein(I know this is hard/it’s hard for me) and lift weights properly

    Im 6'0" and about 160 lbs (about 73 kg)and my daily calorie intake for bulk is 3000..a lot of people say that my calorie intake should be more

      You need more. I'm 6'0" and 78 kg (170 lbs). I've been eating more than 3000 calories and I'm not growing. However, it's more important to eat more meals (about every 2 hours) than to eat more at every meal. You could get away with 3000 calories if you eat smaller meals more often.

    One thing that helped me a lot was
    Cb1 weight gainer pills .
    ..without them pills and intaking protein shakes while exercising just made me lose weight. I saw a bit of muscle bumping up but I was still skinny..with a bit of muscle ..

    Thanks for the video. i am an Asian and had been looked small. But this year I made some progress by working out so hard, eating the real food and getting enough rest. Though I am taking slow bulk strategy , I can still build up good amount of muscle insteading of the fat.

    #8 Be rich so you can get enough sleep by not needing to get up too early in the morning.

    I'm 26 years old 5foot10 and weigh approx 110lbs if I'm lucky... can't put weight on hardly because it's so costly and the weight doesn't stay on. I wish I wasn't a feckin stickman :(
