Wht an exercise in tenacity by Gael Monfils! Just like the fans in the stadium, I cheered him all the way n even got my 4yr old grandson involved. Le plongeon en permière manche était vraiment inspirant. Je n'ai pas été le plus grand fan de Monfils mais ce genre d'effort, de sacrifice que tu ne vois pratiquement personne meme tenter, mérite tout notre respect. Avec une défense comme aujourd,hui t du jeu inspiré comme ça, Monfils pourrait en surprendre plusieurs cette année.
Plongeon inutile, il revient de blessure, bon moyen pour retourner à l’infirmerie, d’ailleurs il a l’air d’avoir mal juste après. Avec sa vitesse et la hauteur de balle pour moi il avait le temps de revenir en arrière avec le rebond mais bon c’est du Gaël

Came here after all the posts about this match !! But man what is that depth of the shots from baezz ... Incredible!!!! Something we saw as a weakness with scheartzman because of the height factor but it doesn't exist for Baez as it seems

ça fait plaisir et vraiment du bien cette victoire, après une reprise bien difficile après la blessure de l'année dernière. Et Baez c'est pas n'importe qui sur terre battue, on espère qu'il va pouvoir enchainer.
Là faut pas rêver, entre le physique et le mental ça va être très difficile de gagner un autre match, deux n'en parlons pas.
@qzrnuiqntp Demande toi si les poilus arrivaient à enchainer, tout est possible si le mental suit et qu'il a la foi ... bon j'avais pas vu mais il va jouer Rune au 2ème tour ... ça va etre dur c'est clair. Par contre en cas de miracle contre Rune, le 3ème tour devrait etre plus jouable.
@Benjamin Sergeant Ben non, tout n'est pas possible au mental. Le physique impose ses limites... on voit que tu n'es jamais allé au bout de tes limites physiques : à un moment on ne peut plus, et ce n'est la foi ou je ne sais quelle croyance magique qui peut nous aider. Le sport rend humble, quand on le pratique.
