Sonic Origins Plus - Announce Trailer

My hope is that you've taken the criticisms of the base game and will allow Stealth to properly finish Sonic 3. I will gladly buy this collection if it's done right.

Imagine if the second trailer dropped and they showed „legal problems resolved" and old ice cap zone theme started playing. That would be so perfect

Thank God Stealth/Headcannon have been brought back here.. the collection really needed that extra polish and along with Amy being playable, here’s hoping SEGA really allowed them to go all in to make each game a much better experience

Playable Classic Amy has been the subject of fan mods for years, but there's just something special about her being included in an official capacity. :)
Classic Amy Rose, more games, and especially a physical release have me excited to buy this.
My only ask is that the issues from the original Origins release are sorted out. I realize the legalities involving some of the original S3&K tracks might be too expensive, but at least fix the bugs and audio issues.

Truly the Mega Mix Collection of our era! Bit mind-bending how they decided to press the reset-button on this after a year, but it truly is worth it. Can't wait to see Amy in action!

Loved this collection last year and loved it even more now. Buying the upgrades for both my PlayStation and Switch versions. Remasters of the first four mainline Sonic games now literally turned into the Mega Collection of the 2020 decade. I know that people are gonna point out that there's no Genesis Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine or Sonic Spinball or Sonic 3D Blast, but Genesis Classics exist anyway so if I want to play those games then there's that. Looking forward to more Sonic ports, Sega. Most especially if you can get Adventure 1 and 2, Heroes, 2006, Unleashed and Generations and even some other games like Shadow the Hedgehog, a new Sonic the Fighters port, Sonic R, the Advance trilogy, Riders trilogy (With Free Riders having actual controller support), Sonic Pocket Adventure (Could use the same emulation as the Neo Geo Pocket Color Selections games on Steam and Switch), both Rivals games and both Rush games.

This is an incredible update to the collection! Really looking forward to being able to get a physical copy of Sonic Origins now

This game looks amazing and fun! Having 16 Sonic games in one plus new characters and even a mission mode is really worth it, but where on earth is Sonic 3D blast or even better, Sonic 3D blast: Director's cut?

So Amy's going to get a Super form for the first time, right? Would be weird if she was the only one without one. Will she turn yellow, since she's a hedgehog, or will she just flash her normal color like Tails, Knuckles, Ray, and Mighty? Her being in Sonic 3 also means she probably gets a Hyper form. Wonder what that will be like.

Everyone rejoice this franchise just keeps going

THIS is what the collection should have been originally. Absolutely worth the price now.

I'm excited to play as Amy. I also hope this sets a precedent, and there will be another expansion to add games like Genesis Spinball and 3D Blast.

Finally after so many years Amy is playable on all major parts of Sonic , Knuckles is playable in CD!

Glad this collection finally has something that makes it stand out over other alternatives. Stinks that there’s still no Knuckles’ Chaotix or 3D Blast Saturn, though, since they’ve never been re-released and this would’ve been a really good time to do that. I’ll probably still pick up the physical version on Switch for my collection.
It’s especially nice that more people will be able to experience Tails’ Adventure now. Such an underrated gem of a title.

Very impressive . I just can’t have myself buy this cause of the very few changed tracks. The original sonic 3 is part of my car memories and I can’t betray that.

Amy looks amazing. I play the E-122-psi hacks with Amy often, so seeing an official one is super hype. Just fix the drop dash in Sonic 1 and 2 and it'll be perfect.

Awesome update to the collection! The real question is, will they put back all the original music to Sonic 3 & Knuckles? I REALLY want the OG Ice Cap Zone theme in this.

This is awesome! Amy hasn't been playable in a sonic game for year's, yet we finally get to play as her again. The game gear games are also awesome additions, as some are underrated gems. But it is disappointing that they didn't put the other classic sonic games in this collection (knuckles’ chaotix, 3d blast, spinball, sonic the fighters, and sonic r). But hey, I'm happy that we're getting more games and a playable amy in all of the four genesis games.

Amy being playable was somewhat expected for a rerelease, but adding the Game Gear titles to the mix along with FINALLY getting a physical release with the full Mania Plus treatment was a great surprise!
Absolutely adding this to the collection for Sonic's birthday! 💙

Well it took a long-ass time but Amy is finally an official playable character in some of the old Sonic games that's actually pretty cool cuz that's my favorite version of Amy I've always liked that design better than the current

Can't believe 20 years old prototype versions sound way better than those arranged versions

I can be able to experience Sonic Game Gear titles on the go like it was back then on my Nintendo Switch. Good things come to those who wait. :)

Wow now this definitely is worth purchasing I'm so happy that Amy's being added into the roster as a playable character and the game gear titles are also being added to it that makes this compilation all the more awesome then it already was and since this will include the game gear titles that I haven't yet had the chance of playing then I see myself buying this collection

I can’t wait to buy the physical copy of Sonic Origins Plus on Xbox Series X/S also I was so glad at 0:34 when Amy was Finally Playable in Classic Sonic Games ( She Should have been playable in the base Sonic Origins ) Competition mode sounds a hell of a lot of fun. I hope we get more Museum stuff and more Mission Mode Challenges. One more thing, I really Wish Knuckles was playable in Sonic CD as well as the MJ music being added in Sonic 3 & Knuckles ( This is the one thing I hate about SEGA )

The Japanese website says they fixed glitches and controls!! This collection really is going to become a definitive way to play the classics!

Was hoping to see more playable characters like Metal Sonic, Mighty, Ray, Espio etc. Hopefully Sega/Sonic Team listen and they'll be unlockables or something.

Finally been looking forward to this, hope to see Cybershell make a video on this in the future with the new Amy playable character

The things I wish were put into the plus version was that you could customize your character and you could change the music in every level including the bosses
