i hate how people are saying they dont like the "new melanie". This has always been her. I've listened to her music since I ws in middle school and shes always been different from other artist. Thats what makes her so special to me; that she can be herself not afraid of the world judging her or giving into the worldly view on beauty standards and normality. Shes even expressed multiple times through her songs, for example "fire drill". She knows shes different but she embraces it. I strive to be like her.

I love that every album drop she is expressing herself even more, it has been amazing to see her go from a 16 year old on the voice to this AMAZING artist that is not afraid to express herself.
