At three minutes in, I loved how the wife drove away, full clutch and throttle at the same time.
Because nothing says "I have an appointment down town" like showing everyone in the surrounding parking lot that your car is able to do 9000rpm while moving 0,5km an hour.
This cracks me up so much. I want to believe she also was somehow holding down all 3 pedals at the same time.
@Let's Game It Out Totally! Makes me think that the only "appointment" she has in town is with the local (smoking hot) mechanic, and she just needs an excuse to go see him, in order to seduce him and escape from her toxic marriage for just one damn second. She's probably gonna tell Peter all about it when she gets back too, hoping he'll get custody for Penny in the following divorce.
If Penny was my daughter, that would be my plan, that's for sure.

I just adore the commentary style. This dry and brilliant humour. Makes me dig through all the old stuff like this video, I just recently discovered this channel
The voice acting quality is way better than I would expect from a Unity asset flip-looking game like this. If Lovegrove felt like it, he could make a really convincing arcade rail shooter.

I felt that
It’s as if one of the devs looked at the back of a Cheerios box, and said “t h a t m a z e g o o d” and another dev was like “y e s , but it would be better with a boring story and an unlikeable daughter.” And all of the devs agreed to do that as long as there was a deer that constantly antagonized the protagonist
This was clearly the work of one lame madman. WIth a lot of purchased assets.
What's funny is Josh left a positive review of the game and its story on Steam and recommended it.

The funny thing is that the deer actually is the hero. In the end of the game the deer shoots a fireball at the maze man and kills him.

Josh's narration is always so monotone and then this just comes out of nowhere. It's absolute gold. I watched this video a while ago but I just remembered this bit and came back to hear it again.
Remember all those times where if josh was playing a game where there were a bunch of people walking around he would immediately build a gigantic maze.

Hm. I have to say, I love the idea of this, just a shame it was so poorly implemented (like that ghost hunting game whatever it was called). And a game like this would really benefit from good graphics, good voice acting and all that stuff that could turn it into a semi-RPG at least.

This genuinely looks like a cool concept for a game... too bad someone decided to make terrible graphics, terrible voice acting, and allow Let's Game It Out to play it.

It would've been so much better with lower ambitions. Make it isometric and throw in a few fetch quests and you're halfway to a cheap RPG.
The voice acting was pretty good but most games just have uhs and oomphs for dialogue. The full voice acting with these horrible graphics just elevate everything hilarious about this game
