My mother and husband passed away four years ago, my mom in may, and my husband in August of the same year, and I haven’t been the same person ever since I have a hard time falling asleep, ever since I start to listen to the Calm App it helps a lot, it really calms me down it’s very soothing and bring some sort of peace too me, greaving for so long can be very bad for the mind body and soul, and also the loneliness is even worse, may who ever is going through what I am pray fully we will be happy and strong again.👩🏾❤👏🏾😌
