    To add on top of my previous comment i used to do hammer curls of 20lb and now I do 50lb and I used to don 35lb for chest and now I do 65 lb for chest with dumbbells

      @R3d Gh Ok trainig a particular muscle group twice a week doesn't make it stronger and recover it faster. I change my workout every week like superset , hypertrophy, strength to maximise the gains

    I'm not professional 3 Europe championship 50+ bodybuilder supplements free,still many guys in my age and high says chest is only part which fails.I do not in this video great chest,sorry,i remember what was my chest beck in competitions and now its just 5/8 from it,i doing narrow chest 80kg 3setsx15rips or 3sets with 60kg 60rips per set,but after an hour every thing gone...or no much progress,from point of muscles and tendons health you also need to do chest only once in 3-4 days....is it now choice but chemicals:anavar,sustanon?

    GUYS FROM my experience I used to lift 10 in my first 2 weeks then i went on to 25 in the next 2 weeks then i went on to 45 in the next 2 weeks so to build chest keep on increasing every 2 weeks and try to build your arms also , why because i worked out 1 body part a day which gave me good strength even duo I am 15 years of age i lift heavy in just less than 7 weeks at the gym wow

      It's possible, however you need to eat well and exercise consistently.
      Fix the weights to suit you, avoid alcohol, should be seeing good improvements after a couple of months.
