You guys inspired me to go for 100 countries when it wasn't really on my radar about 3-4 years ago. (I thought 75 might be doable eventually and I was at around 43 countries - which had taken me over 50 years to hit at that point.) I travelled pretty much throughout COVID and have spent the last 14 months travelling non-stop. Currently I am in Jordan, country #81 and will hit Chile, country #100 on Dec. 28th. Everything between now and then is already booked, so unless I die, it is HAPPENING. I can't believe it - and I am seriously grateful I ran across your channel almost 4 years ago. Oh, and before that, I also had a cancer battle. Actually it took over 4 years to defeat that MoFo. I am now 58 and am the healthiest and happiest in years. Just wanted to let you know the part you guys played in that. Thanks for the motivation to achieve a goal I thought was impossible. Best of luck on your future travels!! BTW, at the end, you are travelling through the part of Canada I grew up in. How cool is that?!

I am sorry about your loss Nate. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Kara, and your family. May God Bless your Grandmother and You and Kara and Your Family. My 104 year old Great-grandmother passed away this past January and my Mom 30 years ago on October 17th of this year. May God bless you and Kara with Great travels and blessed friends and family!!

I'm only a few minutes in at the moment, but I just had to share my best wishes with you two and say how much I love how relaxed and joyful you both are, especially compared to the early days of the channel. I am now 2 weeks post-op on having that area of skin cancer removed… Thank You so much for not only the great travel content and fun adventures you post but for showing the real life struggles and stories!!! I love how Kara and Nate sticked with their word and promise, and actually made the trip to Canada this time, though it was later than what they originally planned. I've been following Eamon and Bec for awhile, and what they've gone through is definitely something no one would have had to go through. I'm so glad the reunion finally happened and you guys were able to go and joyfully celebrate a journey accomplished with them, even though it was riddled with hopelessness, depression, "why this to me?", and a bunch of emotions on the rollercoaster. Thank you Kara and Nate for being the real and authentic couple you have been in the past and will always continue to be such, and for radiating confidence, optimism, positivity, and joy to others! This video was so inspirational for me in many ways. First I was excited that your first leg of the trip was around where I live. I grew up in Southern Indiana, but moved to Louisville, KY last year.
Secondly, seeing how much you care for Bec and have been supportive throughout her journey is very comforting to me.
I found this channel just after I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon cancer in October of last year. You guys have helped keep my mind off of my chemo and radiation treatments and everything that is involved with them. I am having major surgery in a couple weeks to remove what is left of the tumor and I know you all will be with me while I am recovering.
Thanks for always being there and showing others how to enjoy every minute of being together and how to enjoy life through nature!

Kara and Nate, it's funny, before watching this video I too was reflecting on the changes of this year. Last fall I was going through an insanely tough time mentally and the job I had only made it worse. This year I've gotten more help for my mental health than I'd ever thought possible and have a new (awesome) job. I'm so grateful for you guys (and Eamon and Beck), you're a big part of the reason I stayed the course last year and ya'll continue to inspire me everyday. Thank you ❤️
