How absolutely breath taking these magnificent creatures are. Notice there‘s not one collapsed dorsal fin in sight…
A tour guide at a zoo I visited as a kid said dorsal fins collapse from the lack of pressure in the tank, so it makes sense that orcas that can dive whenever they want to wouldn't experience it. Then again, has a zoo that keeps orcas ever been honest about their health?
That's because the collapse dorsal fin only happens because of being in captivity goes to show u how wrong capitivity is for animals and sea world and other places like them should be ashamed of them selves they are monsters who keep captive anything
@Ebony Williams for a lot of animals it's actually good for them to rehabilitate the species. But not orcas. Not any cetacean for that matter. They are too intelligent and sapient to do that to them.

@Mary Bryson Orcas have very different Diets depending on where the Pod is located. Norwegian Orcas eat mostly Hering.
Transient Orcas off the coast of California, for example, hunt Whales and other mammals.
It depend's on which kind of orca!! If they are fisheater like the Northern and Southern resident's, why not??
If they are transient's they feed on marine mammal's, shark's ray's and so on, but this is an easy meal. Why should they attack whales when they have their food??

The mass of birds, plus the mass of Orcas, plus the mass of gigantic whales....you won't see this much LIFE even in a zoo, or inside a public aquarium! Wow.

@aisa0801 what about innocent aquariums that rehabilitate species? (Those who keep cetaceans I don't like btw.)
@that one guy the only cetaceans that should be housed in my honest opinion are Beluga, they seem to do really well in captivity and communicate with humans fairly well and not only that but they ENJOY it. Any other species in the family is highly unlikely though, as Beluga are unique in size and intelligence. Dolphins sometimes but they're more intelligent and need more care.

I I just think it’s so cool that these cetaceans have been evolving in a water environment for so long that they developed dorsal fins. Evolution is such an amazing mechanism of life.

Liked the Humpback whale footage, but watching Orcas "dumpster dive" near a commercial fishing boat was not exactly a cool thing to view. But thank you for the great footage just the same. Continue diving and filming please

Amazing film. I like to see orcas and humb back whales together. I think orcas will not kill whales if they have other sources of food - herring. They’re having a party.

The season starts late october and the whales are still outside Skjervøy(january 27) but not in the same number the last few days. But still a lot of action.

Probably because a handful of malicious people are the reason the rest of us can't have nice things.

Just a friendly reminder that these creatures can easily kill even great white sharks. So people should be thankful that orcas do not consider them food.
