I like that the main character of this game is a criminal who got sent to this planet as essentially intergalactic parole, it fits Josh's psychotic tendencies rather well

I know he’s about to build a lot of the same item, he announces just before he’s about to do it, but I’m always shocked at the sheer amount he ultimately ends up with.
I like to believe that josh never actually used the plants to generate a blue atmosphere but instead forgot to close the pod's door and eventually it replaced the atmosphere.

Whenever Josh starts counting, you know that a whole lot of time is about to pass.
The way you play games is just like me when my friends shove me into a computer and force me to play whatever with them and I’m always like, “ look you signed up for this, I didn’t, so your life will now be hell.”
After having watched a dozen or so hours of real-time play of Planet Crafter, this was AMAZING

I love how he plays the game so hard just to break it lol. Gets farther and works harder than most players just to figure out how to cheat. It’s beautiful.
@Aromatic not really? Like, sure, he can speed up the game a bit, though it probably makes it harder to control and stuff, especially movement.
As for changing values.. uh.. there's far too few things that you can simply change the values of, and some are equivalent to just letting the game run in the background for many hours, which he can easily do while sleeping or doing other things.
The only thing i can see changing is making it so that the 3 bars don't empty out.
In the first place, you can't realistically use cheat engine to mine all the ores around the place or to generate all those chests.
Not really works harder, for anything he can speed up he does, such as with cheat engine speed hack or just straight changing the values.
The sheer about of time and effort this man dedicates to being an agent (or like entity) of chaos is inspiring
I just love how both Josh and RealCivilEngineer immediatly gravitated to the stairs

I love watching this guys approach to gaming... I'm studying game design right now and although at first the multitude of ways he breaks things worried me... but honestly its almost comforting now. Sure anything I make later will probably be hilariously breakable but Idc if people have as much fun as he does doing it then job well done as far as I'm concerned.

Honestly, a lot of these "bugs" are easy fixes, I wouldn't be complaining at all. Also, it's worth noting that the game never crashed. So props where it's due.

Instead of terraforming, the plot of this game makes me want to create a planet-wide industrial hellscape, bristling with every kind of weapon imaginable. It's my planet now.
I like how he never explains how he gets out of bounds without dying.

@Master Swordsman but the first rocket can't go because it is stuck with the second one, so you can go back for more resources before launching the second one and then the third and so on, but way easier is to just put a crate.

I'm always shocked at how easily you break games haha
This one is really easy to break tho haha, I liked this game but it was full of bugs when I played it, later on you get a jetpack so you can easily get to those rocks where you just clip through. And I discovered rocket collision just because I was trying to send rockets fast without even trying to bug stuff. I hope they fix most of it in future updates, what's funny is that the map you get from a rocket later on is limited by your "render distance" graphics config lol, so if you set it to minimum the map will not show you everything correctly.

@Connorses you realise he doesn't actually idle or do any of the extreme tasks. He uses cheat engine and other software to speed up the game in the tasks that he can.
