Being a fan of Scott the Woz is like being a fan of Scott the Woz.
I can relate to that for sure, for sure.
Idk, feels more like being a gex fan in gex night.
Being a fan of Scott the Woz is like being a fan of connoreatspants
I rarely comment on any videos, but I feel like I have to say- Scott and his team are one of the rare few channels (in my humungous list of content creators I subscribe to,) where I have thoroughly enjoyed watching how the production quality, scripting/acting, humor, etc. have developed into something so special since I first subscribed. It has been/is fascinating to watch. Every video gets noticeably better and better. Maybe I am weird, but it takes a lot for me to actually "lol" but these guys work their magic and make it happen. The humor in these videos is exactly my style apparently! I love it, they have nurtured and developed their style into something truly unique and special. Thanks to them for all the hard work!
It reminds me of Family Guy cutscenes, except Scott's are actually funny and not "This reminds Peter of the time he did something"
Yeah I feel you, it feels so absurd yet so natural
@Shadow Wolf 10 years from now on there will be holographic youtube shorts with a scott the woz clip with subway surfers gameplay playing below to maintain viewer retention
He’s real good but man a 30 min video. It’s a bit drawn out. Wish they were half the time.
I love how Scott always commits to the bit, and seems completely willing to destroy his things for a quick laugh. Like, I wonder how much money he's spent on cutaway jokes now.
I tell myself that he buys broken stuff off ebay for those. For my sanity
I love the idea of Jerry Atricks knowing that the thumbsticks on one of Scott's controllers died before Scott did. The most qualified kind of therapist is the one who already knows all of your problems
They *did* call him a "human pregnancy test" in high school after all!
Well, he does have phud.
"Hey all, Scott there" and then just got better and better. The production quality, acting and humor gets better with every episode. Simply amazing.
A whole episode about pro controllers? We’re getting closer and closer to Scott making that L button episode.
I'm actually surprised Scott made a 30 minute episode about overpriced controllers.
Except the Wii U Pro controller, that thing is amazing.
@TheJadeFist - The Wii U Pro Controller, aka, just a controller. 😂
he made a 20 min unscripted video about the WII classic controller in Scott´s Stash, my man is full of insults for controllers 💀
Why are you surprised this is the exact same type of content he’s done for the last 4 years
I'm surprised that Scott released multiple videos before finishing his rant about the Wii-U (I'm fucking crying for part 2)
these past few episodes keep making me worried that we might not get a true "hey all, scott here!" and then i always breathe a sigh of relief when it happens near the end
I can't believe Scott actually did a sneak peak for this video. Insanity levels of coolness.
This has to be my favorite episode in ages
15:30 glad Scott appreciates or at least recognize the gyro aiming's precision
A friend once told me that sandwiches are the best food to eat when you're drunk.A bit later I found out, that future funk is the best music to listen to when being drunk. Now I am witnessing the consumption of a Scott the Woz video when being drunk and I must say: It gets a place on the list!
It’s about time Scott charges 70$ for these great episodes.
Ive lost of count of how many bad days I had became better because of a new episode.
@Myriad Media MusingsAt most 255
Scott gets more an more violent for every episode.
The commitment to the “Hey y’all, Scott here” is insane! to even get the therapist to do it is pure genius 🤣🤣
As part of the Wii U Controller Defence Force, i was ready to jump to it's defenses when this video dropped, but Scott actually represented it quite well here. We can rest easy this time
I will hard defend the layout, it is exceedingly comfortable compared to the 360. Imo, people were just forced into liking that layout due to the ps3 failing for most of its life
9:08 and 20:53 legit made me laugh out loud, it's been a while since a Scott video has done that, good shit
It's good to know Scott is Pro-controller. Love to hear such a brave statement :)
its too bad there aren’t many pro-controllers willing to express their opinion, so it’s cool to hear Scott talking about this, coming from a pro-controller myself!
Sorry but I'm anti-controller I just can't support them
Let's hope the Anti-Controllers don't try to cancel him on twitter
He's an inspiration to us all.
I’m Pro-Keyboard and Mouse.
This is the most I’ve enjoyed a Scott the Woz episode in a while
Every time Scott posts it's like my day has been blessed or something. Always proper good stuff. Also, wow, has anyone seen Scott and Spider-Man in the same room at the same time?
Scott was on fire this whole episode. Was laughing consistently
200 dollars for a controller felt like a crazy proposition until I bought an arcade stick. Love that thing.
Call me crazy, but I love the analog stick placement on the Wii U pro controller, I wish every controller had the sticks on top like that!
The fact that this video is #2 on trending shows how much of a good video it is
I'm really glad theres a Scott the Woz upload today, its been okay until recently and finding this video right after letting out some emotions was perfect timing :] thank you for the quality content Mr. The Woz
Im not surprised this episode is so good. Scott could talk sbout dirt this whole time and he'll still have our attention 😅😅
Can't wait to see the bloopers. I always love jerry atricks bloopers
The jokes in this episode were absolutely stellar. I almost spat out my Doritos and Gatorade when you poured a gallon of milk on an arcade machine 😂
Scott has gotten way more over the top lately and it’s genuinely amazing
I mean who doesn't love throwing 200 dollars at the wall for a 1 second gag?
@Fenyx Featherhe what
i noticed that, but personally im worried that its going to go down a way too absurdist route in terms of comedy and the quality of the show will go down but i doubt it
@Fenyx FeatherHe threw the Dualsense edge in this episode?
Therapist guy is probably my favorite reoccuring character. I just love his voice and line delivery.
You’re too funny Scott, you really make my day better.
we've gone from a video on controllers to one specifically on pro controllers, if Scott goes into any more detail... that L-button video is coming soon, I can feel it.
Wonderful stuff; thanks for the entertainment and glad you're back in full swing!
Great video dog. Always with god humor and original jokes and ideas. Absolutely wonderful.
To witness a Scott video within 2 seconds is truely a blessing
I love watching 2 second video’s
And we’re already at nearly 5,000 views 😮🙌
This man never runs out of ideas.
This was way too funny. I am glad to see Scott upload once again
Back paddles are actually pretty great once you get used to them, I love mine so much.
Man, Scott is on a roll right now. Keep up the great work, Mr. Wozniak!
You know it's a good episode when your therapist introduces you
I swear, every time I think Scott has covered every gaming topic out there, he keeps proving me wrong , it truly does feel he’ll never run out, and that’s fine by me.😁👌
Banished from Earth, Scott the Woz, broadcasts from the Intergalactic Space Arcade on his never ending mission to review everything.
@CivilianGah, that took me waaaaaay back.
He hasn’t covered everything, we still need the L button video
Haven't watched a Woz video in a while.. Damn, Scott be showing his age. Nice. This man's voice just never gets stale to me.
The Wii U pro controller stick layout was absolutely perfect for Hyrule warriors, which was basically half of my playtime on the entire system, so I absolutely loved it.
Always a good day when a new Scott the woz episode drops
The NES Max was my favorite controller as a kid. That thing was amazing.
In love with the implication that somehow a higher quality controller allowed Scott to cook *slightly* more chili
12:22 I love how after Scott makes a roof tiling joke, you'd expect that his roof would fall on him in the next scene, but nope. he just gets shot instead!
The shooter got in through the roof, obviously
i found it very derivative of asdfmovie
@NSega's Stuff thats exactly what i was thinking
thanks for explaining the joke. makes em funnier
tha'ts very gullible of you
Honestly, with this whole video. I'm the most impressed with Scott owning a Duke. That's badass af
It's a great day for those who love Scott's pronunciation of 'buttons'
Bro you know it’s a good day when Scott the Woz uploads. Love your content bro keep it coming
Once again some of the best jump cut punch lines.
I'm surprised he hasn't talked about multi disc games. I think that would be a funny topic
The fact we got Scott's therapist to give us the "Hey all!" is glorious.
The fact that you said the fact that shows the fact that you didn’t really need to say the fact that
@kingpeni don’t know wtf you just said but take my like anyway
HIS NAME IS JERRY ATTRICKS
@CYB3Rhe means op made us think of “hey yall” whether op liked it or not
Buying a pro controller after using a wired rock candy controller for a year is simultaneously the best and worst thing that’s happened to me
I died at the "hey yall, scott there" joke, its so simple but fucking gold
11:18 “what’s standard for most is professional for Nintendo”-straight bars🔥🔥🔥
the fact that this is a continuation of scotts cooking trainer vid is actually amazing
These kind of videos are sweet to watch!
Scott is the perfect example of neighbor's kid in adult form
You haunt me every day HEISENBERG. Long time no see
I can never not see you anywhere, help
He’s an adult??
Today I finally subbed, thought i had long time ago. If I’ve never commented I just want to say please never stop doing cutaway bits the one liners are what keep your videos moving along and never feel slugged. You rock bro, I love you, hope you keep up the awesome work!! I’d love for you to do a Best Game of Every Year of your life specifically that you were playing. Cheers!
I've actually gotten quite a bit of use out of my Wii U Pro Controller...by connecting it to my computer and running it through a designated program to trick games into thinking it's an Xbox controller. But in terms of being a Xbox controller substitute it works quite well. I'm actually not too put off by the analog controller placements and the buttons feel nice enough. The biggest challenge I encounter is button names. Both A/B and X/Y are swapped. So if a game is using button prompts based exclusively on position I have to swap to a different preset in my sneaky proxy program, and if the game uses both name and position I'm fucked. Regardless, as someone on a budget who happened to have one of these things, it's comfortable and works. It may not be worthy of the title of Pro but it sure is a controller.
Ah I love your humour, always know I'm going to enjoy a Scott the Woz vid!
I love when Scott uses the same clip from Math Grand Prix. It gets me every time.
Scotts Thumbs getting more and more bloody as the video goes on is the best joke in the entire video
Seeing how big Scott's collection had gotten and how many cool and interesting things are in it fills me with a sense of awe and dread knowing how much abuse those things are going to be subjected to.
No wonder he had to keep moving house.
Stellar video as always Scott.
The Wii U pro controller is my favorite, it was super comfortable and light and I actually liked the analog stick placement. The vibration was way better than what the gamepad had too.
I actually really liked playing games with the Wii U gamepad and high joysticks. Maybe it depends which configuration you’re most used to? I have a tough time using both low on dualshocks.
What a great Scott themed Saturday 😊
he made a 30 minute video about controllers again. legend.
As someone who used to play competitive shooters on Xbox all the time the Elite controller 1 & 2 made a HUGE difference when playing games. Being about to turn and look around while consistently using any other the action buttons on the right was a game changer.
Someone who just barely figures out you can turn while using face buttons has never been exposed to the true ancient eldritch knowledge known as claw gripping. Saves you like a hundred dollars too.
@QueuedJar I tried claw grip and hated it lol. I never was able to get used to it. But also the joystick tension and longer joystick made aiming feel soooo much better in games like rainbow six siege. The trigger stops were really good for pistols and the new d-pad is so good for fighting games. This controller is just all around everything I needed lol.
@QueuedJar or even in certain games you can even give yourself easier free mapping buttons with they paddles by binding something important to a useless/less important button (usually a d-pad bind) and then map the paddle to that button.
As a fan of the classic Armored Core games, I know all about the Claw Grip, lol
@Space your loss lol.
Dude your style of humor is the best its ever been with this video
barrel of laughs lol, love what you do Scott
This couldn't have come out at a better time. Just tried out for my colleges smash team yesterday lmao
Another great video from my favorite Z tier channel!
I had both of those asciiware controllers and it suddenly explains why i had nostalgia for the multi colored snes despite never seeing one till later.
Finally, Scott has talked about every single type of controller! 🎮
Nope he still hasn’t touched custom controllers He could get a 27 video documentary on custom ganecube controllers for melee alone
time for accessibility controllers
Going down the rabbit hole of arcade sticks would have been fun. Scott having to explain what a Hitbox controller is, or a crossup, or mix box, or a smash box, would have been pretty funny.
The 8bit do Ultimate controllers are actually pretty great. They cost about the same as regular controllers but come with a charging doc and back paddles
Gaming is really an infinite source for ideas
You know the episode is gonna be lit when the intro is different
If I had a nickel for every time Scott compared a controller to a soap dish, I'd have ten cents, which isn't much, but it's weird that it's happened twice.
He can literally talk about anything and I'll watch it for hours
hey all! Scott here! do you like paying taxes?
I just discovered his 2nd channel where he does just that. It's great.
@WaqasFake. Nobody actually likes paying taxes
Guys, I think this seasons about to be the best one yet.
We're one step closer to the L button episode, I can feel it
The new steering wheel module for the e swap is amazing for racing games
Can we all appreciate how much effort scott puts into our asses 🥰🥰🥰
HOLD UP 🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨📸💀💀💀💀💀💀💀
"What you need is a second job..." .....FEELS!!! Thank's Scott. 😂
Truly one of the controllers of all time
Personally I loved the Wii U controller it was very comfortable and unique I loved it
Good episode.I'm surprised there was no mention of Hori's advanced controllers on the Switch with assignable bumpers that cancel all other inputs, like all good buttons do.
Always a good day when Scott uploads
I love this intro, so perfect.
you know it’s a good day when scott uploads
A new Scott vid makes my day go from meh to great
your pfp doesn't seem to agree though.
then why are you sad mr. sad face
Always a good day when scott uploads
In Australia the elite controller was $230 with is now about the price of a used switch lite. It was pretty insane.
Amazing work man keep it up
27:45 This controller seems neat, but I think it would be more fun if it had even more customizability, like relocating the D-pad or ABXY buttons, or easy button switching. A true modular controller just speaks out less for the pros and more for the engineering nerds who want something they can tinker with.
I like the Wii U Pro Controller layout. I could press A/B/X/Y buttons with my thumb while also using the analog stick with my index finger.
