    I think what she says it make sense. We don't need to make our body work hard for us, because of starving. I starved but it didn't gave me good result it only couse me anemia disease. Eat healthy and exercises to protect our muscles is good idea. Avoid junk food.
    The doctor told me that if the breakfast means breakfast, lunch means lunch as well as dinner so be it. And the most important food breakfast and lunch. Don't forget water.

    i’ve only been doing an exercise game called ring fit adventure everyday for 30 mins (like HIIT vids but with breaks in between lol because i’m not that strong yet) so i dont do any weight training.. but i do see that i am gaining muscle esp around my legs (i do a lot of squats). i might try eating more calories than my maintenance calories and see how i go..

    I have a question. I've been playing with my macro ratio for a while now and I'm so lost. I started off with 45% carbs, 30% protein, and 25% fat but then I heard it's not enough carbs so I switched it a little to 50,30,20. But now I feel super fat. So, I decided I will try 30% carbs, 25% fat and 45% protein. Then, I heard you say you've had a good experience with 60, 20, 20. Isn't that a lot of carbs? I'm so confused.

    This kind of dietary regimen“Kαbοnοz Ydα” (Google it) has provided me personally all the tools to shed my ugly belly fat. Of course, I lost 25lbs although I am huge lady and i also don’t carry out regular workouts. I can now rest longer hours and feel good after i wake up. I feel it`s a terrific boost given it gives me energy and that i can sense the fat-burning. .

    I love how everyone keeps saying you will not get bulky. My mom will still complain about how my shoulders made giving birth to me not fun. A couple of weeks of swimming casually will bulk up my shoulders and my neck. My sisters arms are beautifully muscular without exercising. Some women are just more muscular naturally.

    if i get off calorie deficit to start toning my body how should i do that. i currently weigh 148lb i was working out cardio jumprope for 40min then some ab workout for ten min like pushup, planks, ect

    It said I’m only allowed 663 calories at recomp. I’m 5’7 weigh 71.9 kg and workout 4-5 times a week. Somehow that little calories doesn’t seem right to me that seems more like a deficit

      lidia tirado protein shakes are a great way to get max calories, There’s loads on YT. I came across one the other day that has 1100 calories in it

    Hi!! I'm a 17 year old girl and I've just started body building. My current workout consists of walking/jogging 30mins in the morning and 30 mins in the evening while carrying 2.5kg weights in each hand. I'm wondering if this is enough for a beginner and whether taking protein supplements and shakes is recommended?

      Also you cant just ask someone online what you should start with. Without knowing what stage youre at mentally, physically how much it would take to get to your goal ect. Your inital starting weight and fitness levels ect. It also depends on your specific goal of which you need to be really really clear what it is you want.

      @Loser Juice And my answer as a PT is no. You will not build muscle through running or holding weights. And also Id highly recommend you get rid of Keto and stick to a sustainable calorie deficit. How on earth you have any energy to run with no carbs is beyond me. You certainly will struggle with energy to lift without it. So in effect youre not working as hard during a workout. To build muscle you need to be in a surplus which I highly doubt you can do without carbs. I would suggest you do abit more research into losing fat vs losing weight and building muscle. They are 3 completely different things. Cardio will help you lose weight. That is all.

      Aleasha Wallace not just holding it I lift it, do punches, hold them out etc. and I'm doing a keto diet so I'm eating well too. I'm not losing any weight I'm just gaining and obviously I'd gain muscle mass through that alone. Why would I joke about this I'm genuinely asking her if it's good enough for a beginner I've never lifted before so I wanna know if I should go straight to lifting weights or start with simple cardio. I'm asking so I can get advice. And at 17 I can't really afford a PT so I do all my workout at home.

      @Loser Juice you may see a change in shape if youre not eating enough and doing cardio youll be losing weight. But thats a bad thing. Because with weight you lose muscle. Not only will you eventually start to look emaciated like a beanpole but youll also need to eat about the same amount of calories as a small child in order to keep losing anymore and you wont look healthier or better. Plus youll compromise your metabolic rate by losing more muscle. Which means as soon as youre starving and eat more calories your body will whack on a load of water weight and fat and those muscles will have gone. So bye bye shape aswell. Like the video says if you want to be straight up and down and live life on a very low calorie diet its not sustainable or enjoyable.

    I'm currently recovering from an eating dissorder and i used to think starving was the only way to be slim now I'm trying not to think like that and treating my body well. This video helped alot with me knowing what to do do thanks

      _ blagh deadlifts, weighted squats, lunges and leg press. Make sure you try a lot of lunging and squatting movements. Use resistance to really give your muscles the challenge they need.

    I eat 800 to 500 calorie, and I lost 14 kg, but i’m still very fat, I think I lost all my muscle 💔💔

    I’ve been eating 800 calories and I want a flat tummy but to keep my butt and thighs and I wanna stop restricting so I can go a day without getting headaches/bloating/dizziness but I’m scared of getting bigger or putting on fat ))))))):::::

      I had the same thing. I lost a lot of weight and was underweight. Now I’m recovering and I’m going to the gym 3 times a week.
      It’s really hard to be not scared that you are gonna have a bloated tummy after you eat, I have that too. But I can assure you, now I’m going to the gym and I’m eating more, I’m feeling a lot better and my tummy isn’t very bloated at all (only bloated after a meal), and my butt and thighs are much more toned and have grown very much since I’m eating more and going to the gym regularly.
      I have gained a few pounds now but mostly in muscle and a little in fat but that’s normal.
      I still have problems with eating and I hope that you are going to feel better very soon! And don’t be afraid to search help, I went to a nutritionist and it helped very very much.

    Good video, Stephanie. My metabolism is very odd, I can lose and gain equally quickly. I find that when I switched from keto to flexible dieting, I am very carb sensitive. On keto, I could just eat keto and not even track as much. On the flexible approach I really have to watch my carbs. And I train hard 5 days a week and do 35 minutes a day of cardio. If I overdo the rice and potatoes, I put on weight. I think my biggest problems is the carb amounts and also is not enough sleep. I’m 5’8 and 158lbs, body fat 11 percent. I’m trying to get my lower abs to come in. It seems to be taking the longest. My shoulders have a lot of straiations and very vascular, but my lower abs are still needing to come in. Definitely a slower cut is a secret to not losing too much muscle. Thanks again
