    Yes guys you eat rice but then your skinny it's because you don't sleep early, your lack of sleep, you don't eat on proper time, you don't sleep at afternoon and rice can't give you instant muscle because you eat rice, you do it with exercise daily! It's not magic

    I watched 2 minutes and turned it off. I'm a bodybuilder. I can put on 50 pounds in 7 months. By doing almost the opposite of what this says to do. Make you're own protein? Okay, right. Let me build a lab and extrapolate peptides and aminos and creatine from meats and nuts. I'll be right on that.

      Having said that: Eventhough skinny guys are not intimidating, they're more likely to be "carrying" something to be able to defend themselves when it comes down to it.
      Most scrawny people i know carry knives or tasers when they go out etc, etc.
      So keep that in mind and be wary if a skinny guy starts talking tough. Chances are he got something sharp up his sleeve.

    I've always been slim but not to this point where my abs are showing like other skinny guys.It is normal to change in puberty but I didn't expect I was gonna gain so much weight.I gained 15 kilos in a year.I'm fat to the point where I look strong in my clothes but shameful without them.My body is kinda unbalanced since I do push ups and crunches my belly is not that big but my legs are as big as horses ones.

    It's rough being skinny when you're a guy. I hate it when people don't trust me for doing physically demanding things like carrying heavy luggage or groceries. I really wanted to gain weight but I have a condition called hyperthyroidism that makes my metabolism go haywire. Add to the fact that I don't really feel hungry at all. For the most part, eating a full meal once or twice a day is good enough for me. If I eat too much, I feel sick. I've been working out to build my muscles but I'm still a lanky as hell. It really sucks. I feel so depressed just thinking about it.

      Don’t lose hope, trust me. I was (and still am) really skinny. I start working out and took it more seriously, created a proper meals to eat and worked out more. After some time I did see some results, you just gotta keep going, keep your head up King, it will get better

    I eat plenty of protein....and can very much stay ripped everytime i work out to endure amino acids to provide extra fuel in my blood stream to give me,energy and resistance, some times i after i eat a large meal...it happens to digest properly in my stomach taking all the chemicals,minerals synthesis that my body needs to functionally, build righter healthier muscles and amplified speed sprinting,incorporations.I weigh over about 180 pounds....i barely get hungry an too full cause i burn soo much calories instantly after my work out is over or after or before i eat a fresh meal...so far occasionally i can eat my favorite foods. And still stay in shape with out struggling too much or having much of a problem to stop me for real...i be making a hell of a lot of progress while I'm add it.
