I tried understanding myself while listening to this. The moment I told myself that we need to alter what we are used to, my heart immediately felt an instinctive response which is crying. To anyone feeling the tiniest bit of skepticism or hesitation or doubt that you can do it, take Dr. Joe's words to heart. But the key at the beginning of the journey is to commit 100% to a daily meditation practice. That may be the biggest hurdle for most people - conquering the monkey-mind - but without it, nothing else happens. It unlocks everything.

my friend would say to me it takes 40days to form a new habit
@k lyto form a new habit it takes as long as it takes. There is no time limit since everyone’s situation is different. It can be fast, it can be slower.
There is research showing there's a 'magic spot' at about 3 & 1/2 to 4 weeks where an old habit can be broken & a new habit instilled.
I've used that marker to stay with things that I didn't like but knew were good for me.... like the smelly sweaty 1st studio for Bikram yoga in Toronto...I had all kinds of critical judgements about it but told myself to give it a serious try for a month before giving up on it and I got hooked & fell in love with it!!

I’m less than three weeks into Dr Joes practices and I have seen profound changes in my life already and the way I feel
A very interesting insight into the mind and moving the mind from one state to another. After 10 years of daily meditations sitting down I've managed to make some transformations that now allow me to know how to transform parts of my life step by step. I'd be happy to share part of my story Jay. For me it was hard until I could believe I could change, once I started to remove neg patterns and habits and reverse my projection of thoughts to the other side that when I got to reinforce some powerful belief systems that have assisted in empowering me.

I think the greatest speaker is the man we call Jesus. He was the first that we know of to share this but he did it in parables
He's one of many. Dr. Bruce Lipton, Gregg Braden, Dr. Daniel Amen, Dr. Gabor Mate', and Dr. Mark Hyman come to mind. Dr. Joe is phenominal but there are others as well. :)
I have watched many Joe Dispenza videos on UAclips and I completely believe in his message. The things he says are profound and true and I'm grateful for his teaching because he has certainly helped me make changes in my life.
However, that being said, no matter which video I watch, no matter the podcast or seminar clip, he is saying the same thing over and over again. The reason this annoys me is that every video has a different title, as if the subject matter, or purpose for a specific video, is going to be different from the rest, but they're not. He's giving the same message over and over. It's made me stop watching his videos because I know the next one is simply going to be a rehash of the many I've already watched.
Is this the man who always talks about meditation?

I've heard his name being talked about, and skimmed through his videos before, but this is the 1st time his message hits home for me. Sometimes certain ideas need to be repeated, and until the student is ready, the profound wisdom in such messages could not be truly grasped.

Youre statement in and off itself is a limiting belief. You right off bay just limited yourself because of that.
It’s not about what you have or what you’re going through it’s about how you respond to those things, catching the subconscious behaviors/thoughts and choosing to choose different behaviors/thoughts/feelings
I can’t see into everyone’s mind but from what I’ve observed, mostly everyone has thoughts during their conscious day. Your mind could be very cluttered, or feel that way but you still have power over it. You could let how your feel and observe have the power, or you could challenge those thoughts, beliefs, feelings by becoming aware to them and having the patience that you deserve to make these changes in real time , and that’s all you really need is to be present and have compassion for the person you want to be. You don’t need to erase anything because in every moment you are deciding who you are, when you say yes to yourself in the present now, you will unravel or dissolve the unnecessary illusions. I believe in you 👏🏼

When you find a mentor who you trust and guides you it means you are ready for change. We have to be tired enough of what doesn’t work in our lives to have the intrinsic motivation to ‘get out of our own way.

A little child who has been neglected, abused and abandoned doesn’t have the cognitive ability to comprehend how this affects them. They grow up - out of touch with them self - feeling like something is missing, In my opinion, they never got a chance to experience their ‘true-self.’ I do like how Joe explains how our thoughts create our emotions. Again, it is my opinion that this adult will need to process repressed feelings of hurt, pain, loss, and neglect of the abandonment and abuse. And on top of all that do what Dr Joe suggests in rewiring the brain to believe they matter, they count, and are just as worthy of love as anyone else.

Can't help but laugh at myself when the most mindblowing thing is not the hour of solid learning about key life skills...but what Dr. Joe said about collective fields is basically verbatim what's been coming out about what's like center the aliens religion and our purpose in disclosure.

Fight the wilds of the devil, he’s always gonna try to test you. Recognize this .. and move forward with ur positive thinking. The more you do that the more he see’s u are stronger and CAN NOT be broken. This takes practice and True strength. Do it !!
People DO need to make up their mind if they want to change. For years I've walked my students through 7 key steps that influence negative emotions.
1 - An event enters your mind (a plane crash for example)
2 - Your amygdala (almond shaped organ in your brain) gives it a good or bad meaning
3 - Your imagination creates a full color movie of the meaning of the event
4 - Your imagination creates good or bad feelings
5 - Your feelings create beliefs
6 - Your beliefs create attitude
7 - Your attitude creates behavior
Intercepting the negative voice in your head that happens in step 2 is the real key to finding relief.

The other day I heard Maggie Murphy bring up a point that is a great way to figure out whether or not one’s body is in tune with the reality that they intend to manifest, which in very simple terms seemed to summarize to me what Dr. Dispenza has referred to as heart-brain coherence: the way we feel not in our heads, but from the neck down about any particular thing. Steering such sensations and paying attention to them are something I’ve found to be extremely helpful with regards to the theme of this conversation.

I have a question, I was shot in my head when i was 6. Im nearly 38 now. I have right hemiplegia due to the brain trauma as well as epilepsy that i have consciously healed using these thoughts. 9 years fit free. Now my question is, realistically speaking, i feel like i can heal the whole lot, my limp, my inability to contract muscles on my right side etc, from a biological perspective, do you think its possible for me to heal damaged brain tissue due to a bullet? Scar tissue from operations? I mean neuroplasticity is amazing and i think with enough meditation, exercise to wake the muscles up, the rught thoughts and patters, that i can really do this and be my own neurolink, and teach myself to walk properly.......i would really love to hear your thoughts on this❤🎉❤🎉😂or am i crazy lol
You are not crazy. Do it. You have nothing to lose. Visualize/meditate every day to imagine and feel how you want your body and life to be.
