Today, I am sitting down with Dr. Joe Dispenza to talk about the connection between our thoughts and our emotions. Joe explains the importance of paying attention to the things that will help us grow emotionally and mentally, the power of the brain and how it can trap us in the past if we allow it to, and how knowing proper breathwork can significantly helps us relieve stress and overcome anxious thoughts.
Joe Dispenza is an author, speaker, and researcher known for his work in the fields of neuroscience, epigenetics, and quantum physics. He is particularly recognized for his teachings on the mind-body connection and the potential for individuals to transform their lives through the power of their thoughts and emotions. Joe regularly conducts workshops and seminars worldwide, where he combines scientific knowledge, meditation practices, and practical exercises to help individuals tap into their potential and create a more fulfilling life. His teachings emphasize the idea that by changing our thoughts and emotions, we can create new neural pathways in the brain and ultimately transform our reality.

Change requires stepping out of familiar territory.
    06:07 🌟 Creating a New Self
    Repetition helps hardwire new beliefs.
    Mental rehearsal can change behavior.
Embodying the feeling of a new reality can lead to change.
09:09 💡 Metabolic and Biological Changes
Consistent practice can lead to significant biological changes.
Your body believes it's in a new future.
You can signal genes ahead of the environment through emotions.
    11:02 💬 Modes of Thoughts
Different modes of thoughts: ignorance, passion, and goodness.
Intention and attention are essential for reprogramming.
Transforming thoughts can lead to a new reality.
    18:33 🔄 Reprogramming Habits
Feelings and emotions are the end product of past experiences.
    Reprogramming requires regulating brainwaves.
Learning to feel a different emotion is crucial for change.
21:09 🧠 Understanding Brain Waves and Transformation
Brain waves are essential for changing behavior and thought patterns.
Slowing down brain waves from high beta to alpha allows access to the subconscious.
Alpha brain waves enable rewriting and rehearsing new behaviors and thought scripts.
23:40 🧪 Stress and Its Effects on Behavior
Stress leads to emotional responses like anger, frustration, and impatience.
These emotions are fueled by stress hormones and are not the person's true self.
Stress keeps individuals focused on body, environment, and time, preventing change.
27:08 🧘‍♂ Overcoming Stress and Reprogramming
Overcoming stress requires shifting attention from the external to the internal.
Reprogramming involves settling the body and redirecting attention from old habits.
Consistent practice allows for the reconditioning of thought patterns and behaviors.
31:43 💖 The Power of Elevated Emotions
Elevated emotions lead to profound biological changes in the body.
These emotions are not dependent on external factors but come from within.
The shift to elevated emotions can lead to miraculous healing and transformation.
36:05 🔄 Sustaining Change and Practice
Sustaining the impact of transformation requires ongoing practice.
Profound transformations may occur immediately, but continued practice is crucial.
Individuals may experience setbacks but can return to their transformed state with persistence.
43:28 🧠 Understanding the Stress Response
Stress can be triggered by various elements, each associated with a neurological network in the brain.
Shifting attention to these elements can lead to incoherent brain activity and stress.
Stress response includes increased heart rate, blood flow redirection, and incoherent heartbeats.
Incoherent brain and heartwaves cancel each other out, reducing energy in the brain.
Prolonged stress can lead to a diminished capacity for growth and repair in the body.
45:17 🧘 Techniques for Achieving Coherence
Broadening focus and sensing nothing can help synchronize incoherent brain networks.
Resting attention in the heart and regulating breath can change brain waves and heart function.
Consistent practice can lead to a coherent brain and heart, enhancing intention and emotional control.
Brain's electrical charge and heart's magnetic field can be altered by changing thoughts and feelings.
By changing emotional states, you can change the signal you broadcast into the field.
48:30 🌟 Becoming a Creator in Your Life
Changing the way you feel and think allows you to see possibilities and become a creator.
Shift from a victim mindset to a creator mindset to change your life.
Practice relaxation, coherence, and intentional thinking regularly.
The more you practice, the easier it becomes to switch from stress to a balanced state.
Don't expect immediate results; it's a continuous journey of self-improvement.
01:03:17 🧠 Rewiring thoughts through scripts
Using handwritten scripts to shape desired emotional responses,
Scripts sourced from research, spiritual literature, and science,
Constantly updating scripts to reshape thought patterns,

Most of who we are is driven by unconscious thoughts, behaviors, and emotions,
    Continuous self-discovery and facing challenges,
The link between changing thoughts, feelings, and one's life,
    Embracing discomfort for personal growth.
01:05:04 🧘‍♂ Meditation with and without breath work
Different types of breathwork and their purposes,
Pulling creative life force energy into the brain,
Regulating brainwaves to achieve relaxation and alertness,
    Utilizing breathwork for mystical experiences.
01:08:29 📚 Resources for learning breathwork
Online courses and the Progressive Workshop,
Descriptions of breathwork techniques in "Becoming Supernatural,"
    Tutorials available on their website,

To anyone feeling the tiniest bit of skepticism or hesitation or doubt that you can do it, take Dr. Joe's words to heart. But the key at the beginning of the journey is to commit 100% to a daily meditation practice. That may be the biggest hurdle for most people - conquering the monkey-mind - but without it, nothing else happens. It unlocks everything.

There is research showing there's a 'magic spot' at about 3 & 1/2 to 4 weeks where an old habit can be broken & a new habit instilled.
I've used that marker to stay with things that I didn't like but knew were good for me.... like the smelly sweaty 1st studio for Bikram yoga in Toronto...I had all kinds of critical judgements about it but told myself to give it a serious try for a month before giving up on it and I got hooked & fell in love with it!!

I have watched many Joe Dispenza videos on UAclips and I completely believe in his message. The things he says are profound and true and I'm grateful for his teaching because he has certainly helped me make changes in my life.
However, that being said, no matter which video I watch, no matter the podcast or seminar clip, he is saying the same thing over and over again. The reason this annoys me is that every video has a different title, as if the subject matter, or purpose for a specific video, is going to be different from the rest, but they're not. He's giving the same message over and over. It's made me stop watching his videos because I know the next one is simply going to be a rehash of the many I've already watched.

Youre statement in and off itself is a limiting belief. You right off bay just limited yourself because of that.
It’s not about what you have or what you’re going through it’s about how you respond to those things, catching the subconscious behaviors/thoughts and choosing to choose different behaviors/thoughts/feelings

    • Yuni Delarte

I can’t see into everyone’s mind but from what I’ve observed, mostly everyone has thoughts during their conscious day. Your mind could be very cluttered, or feel that way but you still have power over it. You could let how your feel and observe have the power, or you could challenge those thoughts, beliefs, feelings by becoming aware to them and having the patience that you deserve to make these changes in real time , and that’s all you really need is to be present and have compassion for the person you want to be. You don’t need to erase anything because in every moment you are deciding who you are, when you say yes to yourself in the present now, you will unravel or dissolve the unnecessary illusions. I believe in you 👏🏼
You commenting this means a conscious part of you knows it wants change. Believe in yourself now

When you find a mentor who you trust and guides you it means you are ready for change. We have to be tired enough of what doesn’t work in our lives to have the intrinsic motivation to ‘get out of our own way.
Joe Dispenza is an amazing teacher for this age and we are blessed by this opportunity to reconnect with that which we have forgotten….we are divine beings 💗

A little child who has been neglected, abused and abandoned doesn’t have the cognitive ability to comprehend how this affects them. They grow up - out of touch with them self - feeling like something is missing, In my opinion, they never got a chance to experience their ‘true-self.’ I do like how Joe explains how our thoughts create our emotions. Again, it is my opinion that this adult will need to process repressed feelings of hurt, pain, loss, and neglect of the abandonment and abuse. And on top of all that do what Dr Joe suggests in rewiring the brain to believe they matter, they count, and are just as worthy of love as anyone else.

Can't help but laugh at myself when the most mindblowing thing is not the hour of solid learning about key life skills...but what Dr. Joe said about collective fields is basically verbatim what's been coming out about what's like center the aliens religion and our purpose in disclosure.
The whole Dark and Light side of the force thing mixed with Asimov's Foundation. I mean imagine the massive potential energy a new intelligent species brings to the universe.

People DO need to make up their mind if they want to change. For years I've walked my students through 7 key steps that influence negative emotions.
1 - An event enters your mind (a plane crash for example)
2 - Your amygdala (almond shaped organ in your brain) gives it a good or bad meaning
3 - Your imagination creates a full color movie of the meaning of the event
4 - Your imagination creates good or bad feelings
5 - Your feelings create beliefs
6 - Your beliefs create attitude
7 - Your attitude creates behavior
Intercepting the negative voice in your head that happens in step 2 is the real key to finding relief.

The other day I heard Maggie Murphy bring up a point that is a great way to figure out whether or not one’s body is in tune with the reality that they intend to manifest, which in very simple terms seemed to summarize to me what Dr. Dispenza has referred to as heart-brain coherence: the way we feel not in our heads, but from the neck down about any particular thing. Steering such sensations and paying attention to them are something I’ve found to be extremely helpful with regards to the theme of this conversation.

“One thought leads to a choice which leads to a behavior which creates an experience that produces an emotion….New information or Knowledge begins to cause you to think differently. If you can remember that knowledge and begin to make a different choice because you want to experience the truth of that information, you’ll have to behave differently and when the experience occurs and you feel the feeling of your abundance or wealth Your going to continue to want to make the process of change something consistent in your life.”

I have a question, I was shot in my head when i was 6. Im nearly 38 now. I have right hemiplegia due to the brain trauma as well as epilepsy that i have consciously healed using these thoughts. 9 years fit free. Now my question is, realistically speaking, i feel like i can heal the whole lot, my limp, my inability to contract muscles on my right side etc, from a biological perspective, do you think its possible for me to heal damaged brain tissue due to a bullet? Scar tissue from operations? I mean neuroplasticity is amazing and i think with enough meditation, exercise to wake the muscles up, the rught thoughts and patters, that i can really do this and be my own neurolink, and teach myself to walk properly.......i would really love to hear your thoughts on this❤🎉❤🎉😂or am i crazy lol
