Damn it was a really scary day. We experienced three major earthquakes in one day. Turkish people did nothing to deserve this. I'm really sorry. Thank you to everyone who was with us and sent their well wishes.
The last part of the video at the supermarket is in fact in Beirut, Lebanon, and neither in Syria nor in Turkey.
We felt the earthquake in Beirut at a magnitude of 3.8M, and it lasted for around 45 seconds. Then, smaller shakes followed after 4 minutes. Prayers for all the losses and those injured everywhere.
That makes more sense, a shallow 7.8 would not leave a supermarket looking anywhere near that good

Just a slight amendment, the footage at the end of the clip was in a supermarket in Lebanon. The earthquake was felt in 9 different countries at different levels. Most severe in Turkey and Syria. Reached Lebanon at 4.7 magnitude. Our prayers go out to Turkey and Syria, where fatality counts are on the rise 🥺🙏
