For sure
fo sho
Hi Luke
Im farming likes
"Minecraft is a kids ga-" *gets slapped*
The memories, you unlocked some good memories my dude! 😭
Whoa, Ecko, what are you doing here???
And why do you only have 35 likes and 1 reply?
😭
i used to watch jeezet play this on ps3, when we were friends
Echo?
i would love to see this series continue but i honestly have no idea what he would do for another 100 days☠️
well remember he kinda started this series on fortnite so im sure he could do it on other games
100 irl days
Could do terraria
The gamer is talking about doing xbox 360 for another 100 days, not another type of 100 days. Luke basically did everything possible in xbox 360
@A10goesbrrt that’s exactly what i meant, but i see where they’re coming from aswell
It's crazy to imagine just how many worlds are abandoned out there. Worlds of people who got married and forgot, worlds of people who have since passed on, a childs first world, first house, first torch, first bit of cobblestone mined. It's mad for me to think about just how many forgotten memories are out there.
You made my slightly sad about it
Yeah but we have to move on man, this is just how life goes.
Dude, the amount of nostalgia I had watching this vid was insane. I remember putting like 3-4 hours a day on the 360 edition, god so many memories
Same, and we both have Xbox profile pictures!
@SonXoGamez yeah that’s awesome bro!
Xbox please don't buy Nintendo I'm begging you I like my switch and my PC also please don't buy Terraria you already ruined Minecraft you cannot ruin another game I'm not going to let you ruin another game you're not going to ruin any more block games
Also please don't buy Linux I really like Linux it's better than Windows I don't like you Bill Gates or Steve Ballmer you're not good man
@Nate the Paper Mario and PMD fanyk he's not the multibillionare comoany... right?
I’m now questioning life after Luke said he was “spectacular at filling holes”
"I'm a father of two, I'm spectacular at filling holes" such a great line 😭
That line actually killed me omg. Worst part is that a mayority of the audience wont get it since they're children. Sneaky joke, I like it.
@nebulaa Why do you think Luke's audience is mostly children? I highly doubt it.. Kids like exciting drama and action.. I bet most of us are adults who like the serenity and storytelling..
@nebulaathis videos are for 13+ so no children should be watching
@The great British penguinI really doubt that'll stop them from clicking into this video tbh
That has two meanings, and both are related to sex 😟
Y'know, while most of my minecraft was clocked in on PC, one thing that I kinda admire about the old console versions is the limited world size. There are obviously pros and cons and I know why the world size is limited on consoles, but to me it made each world more... meaningful.
Like, exploring the whole world felt like a bigger accomplishment, and made every spot you decided to build on feel more significant since there were finite spaces to build. The limited world size forced you not to take anything for granted, and be creative with the limited space you had.
It also felt very cozy, you were never too far away from any of your friends but you also didn't feel too cramped in with them.
Tl;dr
Yeah, I love the fact that on my best survival 360 world me and the boys had the entire map covered with builds and the whole nether, the whole end and underground builds in all dimensions, only stopped cause we ran out of room (could’ve built in the sky but didn’t wanna screw up the skyline) we still to this day occasionally visit that world and our Xbox one world cause it just feels right, I do have to be honest though; filling out the biggest map possible in new Minecraft feels more of an accomplishment for me
@BluePenguin2730 Oh I gotta see that. You got videos of it?
The zest is strong
Got me the third time, Luke.
This was so nostolgic. Like, painfully nostalgic. Beautifully so. And the fact that you flaunt your ability to say/do whatever you want on your video is great. Always brings a smile and a laugh to my face. 🦶
Foot?
@gribblegrape6496 the random foot pic he subjected us to 😂
The zest is crazy
These were the best moments of my childhood. The nostalgia is seriously real. Shoutout to all the Xbox 360 minecraft legends. We had a good childhood
Console edition players*
@EnterMation360 players*
I didn't quite get hit with the nostalgia until you found an open dungeon. Then I was brought back to when I was a young boy looking at videos about how to get ahead in minecraft.
I’d certainly like to see a part 2 in this world. I feel like the limited size has a lot of potential as far as filling out the whole map with different builds/areas.
There's something kinda nice about the simplicity of old versions of minecraft. Notably nostalgic.
I still have an xbox 360, so I still play the unupdated 360 edition. That simplicity is really nice, especially now when Im starting to lose track of whats in the game nowadays.
Sure the graphics are dated, and yeah theres some bugs and drawbacks, but its still my favorite version.
@Dr_Mafario YTI agree damn it
Were u 360 or PS3
I absolutely loved the creative controls on this version. They were so precise and responsive. Neither the java nor the windows version feel as good to control.
I agree, flying in the direction your camera is pointing is very convenient
Bedrock is heavy and really slow feeling especially on devices that are not the Strongest like the switch
I have never felt this much nostalgia. It's overwhelming.
I started playing Minecraft on pocket edition when the world size was this limited, and there wasn’t even the nether. This was very nostalgic for me.
Luke, youve awoken some damn old memories from when i was younger hanging out with my friends after my mom passed as we tried. This to cheer me up almost 10 years later you release this and the memories that are with it. Thank you.
I love the somewhat desaturated look of old Minecraft. It just looks so nice and simple.
It’s so weird watching this with no ad block but also somehow not getting a single add. It almost felt like a suspense horror game, knowing one will pop up eventually but that you’ll never know when, where, or how abrupt it would be. Even after finishing I’m still on the edge of my seat, waiting for an ad
Im watching on phone and i havent gotten ad yet even tho im halfway done with the vid
I honestly started to think there are no ads on this video and he put those there just to mess with us
I have premium so I couldn’t tell if I was missing the joke or not 💀
theres ads I got ads every time lol
dude i saw ads that were so posed to be there i did not get them i dont have ad blocker or premium.
Luke always makes the most engaging content for everyone to enjoy. MY Man IS THE LION!
My favorite 100 days video so far. The nostalgia is hitting hard. I'd love 200 days in 360 minecraft. Heck, I'd even watch all the unedited recordings you did to make this video. I love 360 minecraft gameplay videos since that is the edition I've spent the most time with.
My childhood with my 2 sisters and cousins playing together on 360. Just goofing around and learning the game on our own. I remember meeting a creeper for the first time and thinking it was a friendly mob before getting my ass handed or that other time of being chased by 6 of them. Love those old days and looking back at myself with the evolution of builds and combat. ♡
As Someone Who Has Played This Version Of Minecraft It Feels Very Good To See Luke Play 100 Days In It
I’d love to see more of this series!
I feel the nostalgia coming inside of me
🤨
thats... nice
😩😩😩😩😩😫😫😫😫😓😓😓
💀
Same!! 😫🥵😫🥵😫🥵🗿🗿🗿
oh man the nostalgia, me and my brother playing on our 360 for the entire afternoon, oh yeah.
i remember waking up early every school morning just to play minecraft on the 360. this version isn't much, but it is SO nostalgic
I can feel the emotion through the screen. Absolutely beautiful
Luke we really want 200 days of this. I would love to see you fill this world up with notable creations!
I love the 360 version, my favourite feature was the info panel you'd get about new stuff you discovered. Made the game a lot more friendly to people who don't know what they're doing
I remember playing on XBOX-360 with my friends it was so good and calming where did the years go 🥹
Minecraft on the xbox was my first time playing Minecraft
I didn't have Xbox Live so I was only able to play split-screen. It was fun anyways
Just explained the good times
True
same my bro
I remember this version being so hard for me. Especially the creepers moving while exploding was really hard. But this version was way more plentiful then others.
I play 360 edition almost 24/7. Seeing this gives me the most nostalgia, amazing!
A wave of nostalgia hit me immediately, so damn cool. Many memories were had on this edition.... then I noticed how absolutely scuffed the mipmapping is.. now I can't unsee that and it's 1 minute into the video. Ahhh FFS.
This feels so nostalgic to me, I was introduced to Minecraft on the Xbox 360 and also played it without any Updates, so this is a complete trip down memory lane
This version of Minecraft is so nostalgic. It was so simple, no mods, the old textures. Obviously I see why the new Minecraft is strictly superior but its hard not to miss what you grew up with.
When you realize a decade has passed since you started playing minecraft. I still remember playing the Xbox 360 Version, and one time when I played on this premade map with a castle, I prefered to live in a wood planks skycraper in the starting area, while my two dogs could live in the castle. Good ol' times.
I remember the time I fell asleep playing this in my brothers room, I had earbuds in and the music just soothed me so much that even now, on phone and on PC I still don’t play with the music on too often just in case I fall asleep and don’t pause the game like I did all those years ago.
yeah i still have a 360 still in my room but old and decayed
The TU11 tutorial world? I love that map.
Only a decade?.. For me it was like 14 years ago D:
I remember that castle used to have me n some mates shoot a barley working tent cannon off it and be amazed because we didn't know how it worked really
Luke, I love you for this. This brought me deep memories that I thought I'd never get again.
these videos keep getting better the humor keeps on humoring the luke is not nearly as awkward as it used to be
Man the nostalgia touched me in places where my uncle couldn't even reach 😢
The nostalgia from this video is insane! One thing I miss from the console version of Minecraft is the tutorial worlds. Man, I miss making new tutorial worlds whenever a new update dropped.
Honestly man I would love another 100 days! The nostalgia is so real
Kudos to Luke for recording this in 2009 and waiting 14 years just to upload it
Lol
Hello random person that's everywhere
Do you just have 20 friends who share that account and comment on every vid
"umm, actually, minecraft for the xbox 360 was made in 2012" - 🤓🤓🤓
damn you really are everywhere
Seeing this version of Minecraft just brings up so many memories of when I was little and I would watch stampylonghead on the computer
I love when he tell us we are gonna get an ad, and then we get it right on time. This video was very nostalgic, beautiful.
this is like the perfect mix of old letsplays but new comedy i love this channel
After finally finishing my project for science I definitely deserve this
Bought this game when it first came out on xbox, when it was online purchase only and in partial beta. The world was small but man it was fun and so much easier to party up with friends. A lot of memories
This definitely going to be my favourite 100 days spin off
yes
Hi
Yes
British
this and old craft are my favorites (I'm a Minecraft boomer)
as someone who grew up with my only access to minecraft was a nonupdated disc copy of mc on the 360 for most of my young life, i can safely say that this video makes me very happy to see, thank you for reminding me of memories i thought i had lost with this video
The old minecraft vibe is crazy, I'm feeling nostalgic
I actually really want to see more of this, the fact that the whole world is enclosed, and you are limited to so many resources because of it (and the version) makes it a super cool concept for a challenge. And to me it's like nostalgia overload watching a youtuber play this, because I literally did it with stampy when I was young. plus I wanna see more of that statue, if you put it in 0 - 0 then you could build a whole city around it!
It would be cool to see a 100 days in a new world that has a smaller size like the old ones. Seeing if you could terraform and take over an entire planet would be very notable
is it weird that I kinda miss the finite worlds? it always felt cool to fill up a world
The nostalgia is crazy
I used to play Xbox 360 Minecraft for hours on end
Yeah, it feels so weird, you can see how different Minecraft used to look-
yes
My first ever version of Minecraft, I was so hyped when I got it but I was clueless
Yes
200 days in this would be fun!
you could update to the new versions every once and a while and see the new stuff!
the Xbox 360 version was what I spent most of my time on back when I first got into the game. It's so nice to see it again after so long, even if I did get into it somewhat late into its lifespan and never experienced the original (non-updated) version
I never knew you had this exact version of minecraft, I have this version but my xbox 360 broke a few years ago. The nostalgia is kicking in.
Played ps3 edition for years, still come back to it every so often. Many good memories on there.
things I miss about old days of minecraft (esp for the classic console edition) are the grass sounds. That sound is so much more satisfying than the one they replaced it with. Another thing was there wasn’t too many blocks in the game. Now yeah having new blocks is fun and great. Though to me when that started happening that’s when sort of went down hill for me. It kind got a little too complicated. At least for me.
when ever luke uploads, the day is automatically better
I bet that Luke is going to hunt down all of the decorated pot patterns in 4000 days since 1.20 is out now. Also, this is so nostalgic, jank and all
The place you made your base reeks of nostalgia. The simple green hill next to the woods
Brought back so many memories- that crafting system and just the general visuals
If you're wondering why the water bucket and falling into water didn't work, water needs to be two or more blocks high to negate all fall damage. One only negates some.
I never thought I'd sound old saying that but here we are
the nostalgia i am currently experiencing is unreal please make a part 2
If you dont like he Great Fence of China, try the Rabbit Proof Fence💪
God its content like this that restores my faith in humanity :') just good old humorous block nostalgia a true saint to deliver me free entertainment before sleep
I'd definitely want to see this done to 200 days!
I loved playing in the starter map and making the blue house mine. So nostalgic.
That crafting menu just hit me like a nostalgia freight truck
This unlocked more than a memory, it unlocked a generation.
man, this is beautiful. When he played old minecraft that was like pre-history but this, this is just straight history. Forgot all about this stuff but it awakened memories and i could not be more happier
Bro just learned pre history in 9th grade world history class
@Mykarm world history was a banger class, got enough to take collage level courses on it and a smart teacher and it essentially made the whole class
We need a video of you just talking. It genuinely is soooo calming
11:33 - 11:51
Oh this brings back memories, I almost completely forgot why the nether used to be so scary. The nether on 360 was really hard, and I kinda miss it. Minecraft has gotten so easy since the good old days. Thank you LukeTheNotable for bringing me back to my favorite edition of Minecraft.
(Fun fact! If you play the “cat” music disk all the way through, a second song plays called “dog,” which is normally only available in the OST. The xbox 360 / ps3 edition of Minecraft is the only version where you can hear this track in game.)
I cant believe the worlds were so small and capped, I must play Minecraft again to appreciate it now.
The ont thing that I liked about this version, was that if you ran into something new, the game explained what that object was and what it did. Sad that it doesn't do that now.
this is so nostalgic, it reminds me of when i would play minecraft with my brother on his xbox and we used the split screen. it was so annoying but i miss it
Minecraft Was so simple back then. i love it. no automatic farms, no huge updates, just a world for you to explore a
love this man! i need more series like this
The memories this brings back to me… Especially because my xbox360 and all of my games including my Minecraft to it just got stolen a couple of months ago. 😢
I'm so happy I still have my copy and that it still works. this was the minecraft I grew up knowing and loved.
Nothing in this video will be more nostalgic than seeing the autosave count down. Vividly remember SPRINTING to get stuff done before the autosave happened
I would LOVE to see a 200 or even 300 or 500 days on this, even with the limited items and especially Redstone you can do a LOT, observers exist in the form of BUD switches, bubble elevators don't exist yet but, there is a glitch with glass, water and a fence that does the same thing.
The nostalgia hit me harder then a semi truck
I'm on the edge of making a 1-hour video about why this version of Minecraft is so great
I've never played the Xbox 360 version of Minecraft, but I've been watching it for years. So much nostalgia from this video. Remember back when we all used to watch Stampy play in his Lovely World? Good times man...
I’ve been tempted to rewatch the entire lovely world playlist he has on his channel. Those were the best times
@Olivia? You should definitely do that for two reasons:
1. Nostalgia trips are fun.
2. Get your memory on the Stampy lore refreshed, because he's coming close to his final ever episode of Stampy's Lovely World after 10 years. Just this week he made his last ever minigame, so get refreshed and be there so that when the finale comes, you can say that you were there.
though the 100 days trend is getting boring, this is what your iconic for, keep doing the good work mr notable
My older sister and I used to play this all the time. Even when I wasn't playing, I'd still love to watch her play around on the castle tutorial map. Brings back memories :,)
"we were just having fun, we didn't know we were making memories"
I loved the tutorial maps
This video certainly isn't going on my sleep playlist! 😂 Luke took this chance to jump scare us!
I think its crazy that the End still basically looks the same as now
You’re like one of the only Minecraft UAclipsrs with an actually good sense of humour
I would love to see a 200 days of this! Btw, Xbox 360 Minecraft stopped updating at 1.13 so maybe next episode you could update it and complete those “new” achievements
Ah... my childhood.... how lovely.
Ah yes, the eye of ender not leading into the stronghold.
That was actually a really common problem. Half of all my worlds had that issue, even some of the tutorial worlds. I don't know if they ever fixed it, I just knew that if the eye didn't lead to the stronghold, find the nearest cave and head down it.
Just liked and subscribed. We NEED 200 days of this.
The game that defined my childhood but back then I had no clue just how many memories I was making
I feel like a 100 days of the Minecraft tutorial world would be awesome.
Luke I don’t think you see this but this is the first video I’ve seen on the exact same version and update i played on as a kid with my late father this brings me so much happiness and I just want to thank you
I remember playing minecraft on the ps3 for hours with my dad, and i absolutely miss those days. So nostalgic and perfect.
🗿🥂🗿 same brother
Damn, you're lucky your dad liked playing Minecraft with you.
Same for me but 360 and my sister
Same but I would play with my friend all day on ps3 minecraft
@treeckoboi1i remember i played God of FIFA with my old man on my ps2.
Good days.
I loved this video! Pure nostalgia right here.
If possible, can you do 100 days in Minecraft Alpha 1.0.4? That's the oldest version of Alpha in the launcher. I've been playing it, and it's actually pretty fun!
