He acknowledges the stats which is good, but you also gotta look at how other players played in that game too, not just the player they want to fit their narrative and point the finger at.

Why what was wrong with it before
This is one of the first times Shannon is able to go in on the Cowboys without Skip interrupting him or being disrespectful usually when Shannon starts going in Skip is being petty but on this show he is allowed to give his full opinion on the Cowboys with no hate from Skip!!

I have been a cowboys fan since the 1960’s regardless if they win or lose. There was a time that the love for the cowboys was because the individual character of the players. I can remember when Roger Staubach lost his job to Craig Morton for awhile and came back as number one because the quality of his character. I enjoy Steven Smith making fun of the cowboys and us fans. As a cowboy fan I don’t walk around with a chip on my shoulder. I agree with Steven Smith. I don’t see Dak Prescott as our quarterback of the future. He simply cannot read the defense and act appropriately. I believe the cowboys can be in the superbowl at least 2 times in the next 6 years. That’s of course if they ever learn what winning looks like and become comfortable being a winner. The character of the old NFL players knew this but the young cannot even understand the quality of humility and what it takes to be a winner. Steven A Smith we love you regardless how you feel about us fans. You bring a smile to us on Monday’s. Peace out! San Antonio, Texas.

Yes Giants beat Cardinals, but it wasnt like a pounding, the Cardinals were up 28-7 at one point and just crumbled due to lack of talent and the defense gassing out. The Cards could easily be 3-0 right now with a really bad roster. With a starting QB they signed 2 weeks before season started. Shows me the new coaching staff and front office is doing a good job in this rebuild.

Thank you so much. I have been a Dallas fan my whole life I knew that the failure of the cowboys is number 4. He isn't inconsistent, he is consistent. But in a bad way. Watch film of every cowboys loss last 3 years. Count how many time Dak throws behind his target or over his target or misses someone wide open of misread defenses. We keep adding more and more talent around him to make him look ok but he still just can't do it. He isn't the guy, he can't hit open targets
I have been saying this for years. Can’t hit his receiver in stride. Watch him. How many big plays or touchdowns could have been? He is off target so much. I want to believe in him but the reality is no way. I have been a Cowboy fan since the 70s. Danny White, Troy Aikman, Tony Romo, and of course Roger. The one thing u could say for them all is they were accurate with their throws. Not Dak. Sorry he just isn’t.
Gallup is probably our slowest receiver and he’s under throwing him🤦🏿
@danielroberts698 agreed. We have a large sample size of Dak and he hasn't been accurate his whole career. We depend on people to catch a 2 yard pass and make a big play every game. Which is fine when you are ahead but when you are behind you need a qb that will hit a player in stride or make those bomb throws down the field. It also helps open the game up more. And Dak isn't that guy. So our playbook is limited to 2-5 yard throws or screens because we can't trust him to sling the ball out there

If you've watched the Cardinals last two weeks you could tell they aren't tanking. If they have Kyler Murray they're sitting at 3-0 right now. They aren't what people think they are.

It's because the media push that narrative so hard and made it seem like the Cards had the worse team ever to play football, that the media convince everyone they are for sure tanking. Come to find out Bears are lol. Actually I don't think anyone is tanking at this moment, but Bears might as well. Just horrible all around for that team. Cards are for sure way better than the media thinks. Even if they only win 1 or 2 more games all year (if Murray doesn't play) they are for sure not an easy out. I will give a ton of credit to the coaches also. Love seeing the team not run WR screens every other play like previous coach lol.

Love this show. They speaking facts. Run defense is bad and if you take care of the ball, it will be a long day. A team that can run the rock like SF or Philly, can give them problems. Dak is also inconsistent, and defenses would rather put the game in his hands

As a Cowboys fan all those games on the upcoming schedule are concerning. Belichek is a better coach that could easily be an L, 49ers was probably an L from get go, chargers or rams are probably least concerning but could still be Ls. Eagles is an L as well. Probably at least 3 Ls out of those games unless massive changes are made to red zone offense.
