Actually, he kinda is. People give him keys to games early so he can find bugs and they fix them. Hydroneer, planet zoo, baking simulator. All games who fixed bugs based on Josh's "is there a limit" game

in fact theres are even several buttons in the station to "reset" all the vehicles that are upside down or otherwise stuck! And you get an achievement for using it!
@catbert7's Gaming Highlights this game breaks whether you play it properly or do nothing so better to deliberately cause chaos as it will end up in chaos anyway! - the framerate is horrendous when you get to later levels just check out the reviews on steam!

I think what they've created is great. None of the bugs here inhibit players' ability to play the game normally if they want to, so imo the game's value only goes up for its complete destructibility
