- This is the story about how I became the FIRST JEWISH POPE, kind of... We actually reformed our religion to become the new head of faith. In this continuation of our CK3 Beta Israel achievement run, We start by first forming an empire. It wasn't easy as we had to fight for our life and concur tons of land in order to do so. However, this allowed us to have the stability we needed in order to accomplish our actual goal, Becoming the new head of faith. We change things up to suit our needs and begin to eye forming Israel!

Finally a ck3 channel that doesn’t minmax the game, and actually has some fun and messes around occasionally!
Succession is the real main villain in CK3
That being said, you can always:
1) Take the learning focus and take the celibate perk, so your character stops making kids
2) Disinherit the kids you don't like in the cost of renown and prestige, or
3) imprison + execute the kids you don't like (aka nuclear option)
I definitely could have disinherited, I don't really like to do it because I like the extra challenge. Sometimes a little chaos spices up the playthrough.
@PizzaTime you can set succession laws on a title, so if youre a kingdom, all you need is a vote law for your kingdom title and a vote law for a duchy title you control, then only one child inherits anything, (which ever child you vote on for your kingdom title, you will need to vote them to inherit your duchy title too) tho it takes about 150 years to get to that point so just play the slow game until you can

Communion is a nice tenet, but after hours of play I learn it really sucks in the end game when you have like 100k+ gold. These days i even start to think that even the tenets who give you holy wars are not so great. I found myself in the end game inviting claims and using those guys to conquest territories.
But in early games is a great tenet.

holy shit the instability, might have some inheritance tips for you & others:
Some tips for inheritance, educate your sons in Learning to force them to take vows or assign them to Martial & a zealous guardian to make dump them into a holy order
Use female offspring to marry strong men that can fill positions like: knights, councilors & minor court positions
