Amazing video. You summarised how you learned speedrunning, in the same way top runners did - building up step by step from villages, to oceans, learning strats along the way, and you even briefly explained the strats too! If anyone hasn't speedran before, this is amazing proof that anyone can complete the game in a good time, with a little effort! (and I'm not just saying that because i had a 1 second cameo 🤭)

I’ve done this kind of thing and I feel dying on a bad run, however I did a category that was less competitive, it just took longer. It took me over 20 runs to get a completion. Congrats on the effort in this one

yeah I started speedrunning like 5 days before this video was uploaded on the 1st day I learned basically most of the stuff needed.... besides learning how to get to the starter staircase... so yeah when the timer was at 35 I spend good 20 minutes looking for a dumb stronghold (on the 2nd day) so after that, I learned to go to the 3 0 3 and dig down....and it was that easy that's what I learned on the second day I also learned the blind travel cords and you could say I also found out about divine travel but like... why? that's a waste of time also I remember spawning next to a complete bull nether portal and I entered the nether in 15 seconds like all before the speedrunning stuff like when 1.16.1 came out
also, it's really interesting knowing what you're about to say it's quite neat watching the video and knowing what's next
like the moment you said "I found a strategy where you can find bastions thru walls" that's like one example but yeah I learnt a few things from this video

Like knowing all the strats is one thing but to putting it to use is a whole different thing
like I get to one eye cords turn about 90* 5 sprint jumps yeet eye and if I compare the 2 if the difference for example is 1* then the stronghold is about 1100 blocks away and when I tried it was pretty accurate like no 3 hours math is needed

It takes a long time for him to upload but the result is crazy this man does everything to entertain us it took so much time for him to make that video wow every single time he uploads it is better and better this man deserves all the respect in the world and he has all the respect I can give to anyone

I like how you actually tried to not rely on the calculator. personally I want to believe that anyone can do it the old school way without tool assist but I acknowledge how difficult it is.

I have never attempted to speedrun in my life, I always thought they were intriguing tho and always wondered what it would take to do it... and I gotta say after just finishing watching this video, I am 100% inspired to never, ever attempt a speedrun in my life... I remember being on sub 15 pace back when sub 15 meant top 30 on the leaderboard then going 3/21 on blazes and I ended up with like a 60 block blind from the spawner and the dragon just didn't perch. Never played any% RSG again.
